Take some time on Valentine’s Day to care for yourself! Join counselor Avalon Birke and consumer health librarian Carolina Keats on Healthinfo Island for a workshop on a topic of concern to many: caregiving.

Avalon will be talking about coping methods for caregivers,then Carolina provides an overview of good resources, including legal, financial, and health information.You'll leave with a listing of top-quality links that can help you get the help you need. If you cannot attend, the handout is available to all.
